Respondents in all W.P.'s Common Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order issued by the 3rd respondent bearing Ref.No.C1-10/21851/2018 dated 02.04.2018 and the consequential circular issued in No Estt/2018 dated 24.04.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continuously serve and to receive his salary in the pay scale of Rs.15,600-39100+ Grade Pay Rs.5,400/- with equivalent pay hike as per the Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules 2017 from 01.04.2018.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions also stand closed and shall be guided by the order passed in the aforesaid batch. Consequently, all the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions filed in these writ petitions wherein interim order has been passed also stand closed. No costs.
