This petition has been filed to appoint the 10th respondent as guardian of 11th respondent, who was minor at the time of filing of the present petition.

2.Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that R11 has already been attained majority.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous and the same is closed recognising R11 as major.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
