(IN CRIME NO.01/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner made in Crl.MP.No.5011 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.4255 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022 Viz., the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating Officer once in a week until further orders on every Sunday at 10.30 A.M and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5011 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4255 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
