This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispense with the procedure of identification of the Will dated 4th April 2007 executed by G.Audhikesavalu for the present.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed to dispense with the procedure of identification of the Will dated 04.04.2007.

2. Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Original Petition was filed for Letters of Administration. Since the original Will was in possession of the second respondent, an application is filed for direction to produce the original Will. It is further submitted that the original Will is submitted and the attesting witness is presently in abroad.

3. Despite the names printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel, this application is ordered.
