This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16714 of 2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.303 of 2021, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16714 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and time is extended till 09.09.2022 to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
