This petition has been filed to grant further period of six months to vacate and hand over the subject property to the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the possession has already been handed over to the landlord and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
