Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate and necessary steps to inspect the premises at C 401 and C 402, Tulive Viha, No.13, VOC Colony, Anna Nagar East, Chennai 600 102 and initiate action against 3rd and 4th respondents of C401 and C402 for violating the approved building plan No.B/SPL.BLDG/228-D/F/2015 dated 20.08.2015 and demolish the unauthorised construction made by considering petitioner's

representation dated 10.12.2019, 21.07.2020 & 21.08.2020 and restore the building as per the approved building plan No.B/SPL.BLDG/228D/F/2015 dated 20.08.2015. For Petitioner :
