O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Guindy, Chennai to register a case based on the complaint dated 27.07.2016 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Guindy and investigate the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report under Section 173(3) Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 27.07.2016 to the Commissioner of Police, who in turn had forwarded the same to the Inspector of Police, W-30, All Women Police Station, Guindy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the incident alleged in the complaint is said to have taken place within the jurisdiction of All Women Police Station, Poonamallee.

4. In view of the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Poonamallee containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 27.07.2016 and on such complaint being received, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
