This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10169 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14338 of 2021 on 04.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
