This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners 2 & 3 as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
