This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 07.02.2025 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and demarcation of the boundaries.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The petitioner is relying upon the settlement deed dated 14.11.2022. The petitioner is also relying upon the patta issued in Patta No.894 in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property and hence, submitted the online application on 07.02.2025. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 2/4

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 07.02.2025 based on the title documents and patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner and survey shall be conducted within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
