The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the second respondent in its Letter No.Pa.A2/11802/2020 dated 19.08.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction Leave Encashment, Unearned Leave on Private Affairs and Special Provident Fund dues payable to the petitioner along with interest in the law laid down by the Hon'ble High Court in W.A.(MD)No.105/2019 dated 31.07.2019 and also the order of implementation passed in Letter No.25571/AA8/2019-2 dated 25.07.2020 in the case one Mr.R.Megaraj who Page No.2 of 5
is similarly placed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
