ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the relief set out below: "to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025 on medical grounds of his families and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner immediately and fill up him on available existing vacancies on the following places, i) Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Govt., Mens Hostel, Morappur, Dharmapuri district, ii) Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Govt., Mens Hostel, K.Vetrapatti, Dharmapuri district, iii) Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Marudipatti, Dharmapuri district (Vacancies available for Graduate Tamil Teacher ) iv) Dr. Ambedkar Govt. College Mens Hostel, Dharmapuri district, at the Dharmapuri district, and grant such other further relief ."

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as Tamil teacher at Adi Dravidar School, Vellore District. While so, the impugned order of transfer dated 26.12.2022 was issued against him due to false allegations. The petitioner's daughter and parents are having medical issues and therefore,

aggrieved by the impugned order, the petitioner made a representation dated 20.12.2025 to the respondents requesting to transfer him to the available vacancies stated in the prayer in this writ petitioner, for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025 by examining the medical condition of his daughter and parents and if the petitioner's claim is genuine, pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
