3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 130 days in the payment of the deficit Court Fee of Rs.4,575/- in filing this above Second Appeal in SA.Sr.No.61419 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
