2. Originally, this Petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the restoration petition for restoring C.R.P.(NPD)No.2441 of 2013, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Now, on going through the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD)No.2441 of 2013 dated 05.02.2019, it shows that the Civil Revision Petition was dismissed on merits. Since the Civil Revision Petition was dismissed on merits, the question of restoration does not arise.

4. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed, as not maintainable.
