[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent the award passed by the 1st respondent Tribunal in I.D.No.17 of 2006 dated 21.08.2009 in so far as not giving findings with regard to the perversity of the findings and permitting the 2nd respondent to impose the punishment of withholding of increments with or without cumulative effects even withholding of back wages as illegal arbitrary contrary to law.
