SARAVANAN,J., (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.,) These petitions have been filed to accord sanction for taking appropriate action against the respondents for adducing false evidence in O.S.No.297 of 2006 on the file of II Additional District Court, Tiruppur and also before this Court in A.S.No.271 of 2016 as per the provisions of Section 340 of Criminal Procedure Code. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

This Court, by Order dated 27.08.2018, directed the Registry to send entire records, including the original documents i.e., Ex.A.1 in O.S.Nos.293, 297 and 295 of 2006 and Ex.B.1 in O.S.No.295 of 2006 along with the report of the handwriting expert to the trial court and also directed the trial Court to record evidence of the handwriting expert, mark the report of the handwriting expert and thereafter render a finding.

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain these petitions, particularly, all the appeals themselves have been disposed of on 26.04.2019.
