( Order of the Court was made by R. Sudhakar, J.) This writ petition apparently was filed as a batch of writ petitions challenging the provisions of Section 19 (20) of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act. Those batch of writ petitions was dismissed by this Court in the case of USA Agencies v. The Commercial Tax Officer, reported in 2013 (5) CTC 63.

2. Therefore, the petitioner has no other option except to file its objections to the notice within seven days from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of receipt of a copy of this order and pursue the matter in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
