This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent / Tahsildar to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.07.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner on 30.07.2020 will be considered strictly in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed within the time fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 30.07.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with a copy of this order and other relevant documents.

4. This writ petition is disposed of, with the above said directions. No costs. Consequently the connected WMP is closed.
