Heard Mr.R.Sagadevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. During the course of submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also sought for liberty to amend the suit prayer and other pleadings and re-submit the same before the trial Court. He has also endorsed on the docket of the revision petition and the same is recorded.
3. In view of the same, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh suit before the trial Court, in which event, the trial Court will close the examination of the witnesses in the previous suit in the light of the orders passed in the impugned order and consider the same on merits. There shall be no order as to costs.
