Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had been furnished with a certified copy of the unregistered sale deed, dated 16.12.1991, which has been marked, as an Exhibit, in O.S.No.31 of 1992, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram.

3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
