O R D E R

The petitioner claims to have sent a representation dated 30.06.2007 cancel the patta No.1564 standing in the name of the fourth respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents though they have received the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 30.06.2007, the same has not considered by them. Till date, the respondents have not passed any order. Hence the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that if a specific direction is given to consider the representation of the petitioner, the same could be done within the specified period.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 30.06.2007 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent and all other persons interested within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
