ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made application for affiliation of allied health science courses in the petitioner college namely, B.Sc.Medical Laboratory Technology, B.Sc. Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, B.Sc. Cardiac Technology and B.Sc.Accident and Emergency Care Technology and GO permission granted for academic year 2025 - 2025 each 20 seats, however the respondents granted only 15 seats, 10 seats, 10 seats, 15 seats, however, pursuant to the affiliation, the petitioner admitted students less than sanctioned by the respondent and only in three courses, namely in B.Sc.Medical Laboratory Technology - 1 student, B.Sc. Cardiac Technology - 3 students and B.Sc.

Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology - 6 students, even then the first respondent did not publish the results of the said students. Hence prayed to issue direction to the first respondent to publish the result of the students and to permit the student if any who have failed to take up the supplementary examination to be conducted by the 1st Respondent University on any date.

2.The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that since the petitioner admitted lesser number of students than the sanctioned, there is no legal impediment to publish the results of the said students. 3.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to publish the result of the students and to permit the student if any who have failed to take up the

supplementary examination to be conducted by the 1st Respondent University if they satisfy the necessary requirement for participating in the supplementary examination.

4.This petition is ordered.
