CMP No.16180 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to declare the 3rd petitioner herein, viz., P.Sanjaya as major in the above Appeal.

2. CMP No.16182 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to discharge the first petitioner, viz., Mr.Purushothaman from the guardianship of the 3rd petitioner viz., P.Sanjaya in the above Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions, seeking to declare 3rd petitioner as major and seeking to discharge the first petitioner, Mr.Purushothaman, from the guardianship of the 3rd petitioner, in the above Appeal, are ordered as prayed for.
