(CRIME NO.62/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that (c) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30am until further orders imposed in the above Crl.OP.2066/2022 dated 01.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.2066 of 2022 on 01.02.2022 to appear before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
