C.M.P.Nos.19950 to 19956 of 2016 in W.A.Nos.SR 103456, SR 103476, SR 103451, SR 103466, SR 103480, SR 103471 & SR 103461 of 2013 N.R.R.J., & S.M.S.J., These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the Writ Appeals.

2.After going through the affidavits filed in support of these Petitions, we consider that the delay may be condoned.

3.Accordingly, the delay in filing the Writ Appeals are condoned and the Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
