Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue sale certificate in favour of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to register the same in favour of the petitioner as the petitioner had remitted the balance amount 75 percentage@

Rs.18,08,523.60 towards the e-Auction as per the letter dated 18.10.2023.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks a direction to the respondents to issue sale certificate in favour of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the entire amount has been received by them and now they are ready to issue sale certificate to the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent bank is directed to issue sale certificate in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
