(CRIME NO.666 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that (d) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the above Crl.OP.No.1985 of 2022 order dated 31.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.1985 of 2022 on 31.01.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
