ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 24.2.2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given the complaint in question on 24.02.2015, wherein certain allegations have been levelled against the concerned Panchayat President and the same has not been registered. Under such circumstances, present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought in the present petition, the following direction can be given to the respondents:

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
