This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 in regard to issue patta within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
