The claimant before the arbitral tribunal has applied for an extension of the mandate of the tribunal. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that arguments were concluded and that the arbitral tribunal has communicated to parties to request for an extension on account of the surgery undergone by learned arbitrator.
