Mr.S.Soundararajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Since no relief is sought for against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. the interest of the 6th respondent, notice to the 6th respondent is also dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 12.08.2015, wherein and whereby, the petitioner seeks to measure the subject matter property.
3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested persons, if any.
