This appeal has been filed against the order dated 07.07.2021 1/3

made by the Arbitral Tribunal in Claim 1 to 7 of 2019. 2.The impugned order was passed by the learned Arbitrator subsequent to the preliminary award passed on 18.03.2021. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant fairly submitted that as against the award passed by the learned Arbitrator, appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has been preferred before this Court.

4.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this appeal. The civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. The order dated 07.07.2021 made by the Arbitral Tribunal in Claim 1 to 7 of 2019 is confirmed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
