These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 448 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent namely M.S.Muhammed Yahya, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent namely M.S.Muhammed Yahya and to bring the petitioners 1 to 12 herein as respondents 7 to 18 being the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent namely M.S.Muhammed Yahya in the above Civil Revision Petition No.3285 of 2014.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
