This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to provide certified copy of Adangal from the year 2010 (Fasli 1419) pertraining to the survey Numbers 1) S.No.84/3A, 84/1A ( as per Patta No.300) 2) S.No.63/3 (as per Patta No.313) 3) S.No.81/11B, 81/12, 81/14A, 81/15, 81/2 , 81/6 (as per Patta No.8) and 4) S.No.84/1A (as per Patta No.191) situated at Chinnathachur Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District as requested through reprsentations of the Petitioner dated 14.02.2020, 12.03.2020, 31.01.2020 and 18.02.2020 within a time frame. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide the certified copy of Adangal from the year 2010 onwards to the petitioner with regard to the subject property, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.P.Hari babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 14.02.2020 to the second respondent requesting to furnish the certified copy of Adangal with respect to the subject property. Thereafter, the petitioner followed up by giving subsequent representations also. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2020 and furnish the petitioner with the certified copy of the Adangal sought for by the petitioner with regard to the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with the copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
