O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.189 of 2020 dated 17.04.2020 on the file of the respondent police filed for the offences under Sections 8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.
2. The main ground on which the FIR sought to be quashed is that there are some defects in the seizure procedure.
3. At the outset, this Court is unable to persuade the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner as there are serious allegations found in the FIR. It is for the Investigating Agency to conduct further investigation and to file final report and the factual aspects cannot be gone into while this Court entertaining the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. This Court does not find any merits in this case.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed. The respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and the file final report.
