ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to investigate the Crime No.170/2021 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that she was assaulted, abused and disgraced by the accused on 28.11.2020. Thereafter she was rushed to the hospital through 108 Ambulance and from the hospital, the statement came to be recorded and no F.I.R. registered. Thus, the petitioner filed a petition u/s.153 Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Jayamkondan, only thereafter the F.I.R. in this case came to be registered on 16.03.2021. The accused are well influenced and powerful persons, hence the respondent police are reluctant to take any action against them. The petitioner / defacto complainant with very great difficulty got the F.I.R. registered.

3.Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is in progress and the final report in this case would be filed within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four months.

4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal original petition stands disposed of.
