(Valayam) No. 303, Agricultural (Ve.Ni.1) Department dated 24.09.2016, the consequential order of the Second Respondent in endorsement No. U.Ma.Pa.1/34709/2016 dated 24.09.2016 and Proceedings No. 3102/TWDA/Administration-2/2016 dated 28.09.2016 of the Third Respondent to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the Respondents to retain the Petitioner in the same post/station, till the date of his retirement on attaining the age of superannuation.
