Inspite of the earlier direction of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7426 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.718 of 2022, dated 16.06.2022, it is seen that the petitioner has not surrendered before the Trial Court.
2. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, for grant of suspension of sentence, is dismissed.
3. In the meanwhile, the respondent/complainant is entitled to approach the Trial Court and the Trial Court is entitled to issue/execute a warrant and commit the petitioner/accused into prison to undergo the sentence.
