ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 07.02.2012 passed in R.C.A.No.313 of 2009 by the learned VI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai (VII Judge-in-charge), modifying the order dated 04.09.2008 passed in R.C.O.P.No.1962 of 2007 on the file of the learned XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the civil revision petition is filed against the order fixing the fair rent. Subsequent to the order passed in R.C.A.No.313 of 2009, the respondent also filed another RCOP for eviction on the ground of owner's occupation. In the said RCOP eviction was ordered. Subsequently, the landlord and tenant have compromised the matter and the petitioner/tenant vacated the premises and hence nothing survives in the civil revision petition.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
