This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to change the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner also seeks for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the computerised TSLR. Since the representation dated 07.10.2025 given by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2.Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025, seeking for change of

classification of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition and for inclusion of the petitioner's name in the computerised TSLR, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
