ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 364(A) of IPC, in Crime No.702 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the the husband of the defacto complainant petitioner is employed under the petitioner for some time and there was some money dispute between them. Thereafter, with the help of other accused, they abducted the husband defacto complainant and demanded money. Since, he refused to give, the petitioner have taken the ATM Card of the defacto complainant and purchased gold jewels. Hence, the complaint was registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the husband of the defacto complainant petitioner is employed under the petitioner for some time and there was some money dispute between them. abducted the husband defacto complainant and demanded money. Since, he refused to give, they have taken the ATM Card of the defacto complainant and purchased gold jewels. He further submits that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and there are two previous cases pending the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
