ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent consider the petitioner representation dated 12.05.2023 and 30.08.2023 and to cancel the Patta No. 831 in favor of the 4th respondent and issue the patta in favour of the petitioner in Survey No. 491/28 Plot No. 28 at Veppur Village, Gudiyattam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 30.08.2023 with a request for cancelling the patta issued in favour of the fouth respondent, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the fourth respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
