The present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the supplementary examination on the subject "Linear Integrated Circuits -BEC015 (5th Semester)" to be held on 29th/30th August 2015 by issuing a hall ticket and consequently, declare the result.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
