This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 and to provide police protection for the "Jeernodharana Ashtabandhana Maha Kumbabhishegam Vizha" scheduled for 20.04.2025 at Sri Narasimha Perumal Temple in Vinayagapuram.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner dated 02.04.2025, after issuance of

notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
