This matter is listed today under the caption, ''For Being Mentioned'', at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that in para No.6 of the order passed by this Court in the above Revision Petition dated 18.12.2024, due to an inadvertent error, a mistake has occurred, as, the monthly rent that is payable by the revision petitioner regularly at a sum of Rs.18,000/- has been wrongly mentioned as ''Rs.180000'', therefore, the said error has to be rectified. Similarly, the penultimate para and the concluding para were wrongly denoted as Para Nos.6 and 7 respectively, instead of Para Nos.8 and 9 respectively, and hence, the same also requires rectification.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the view that the typographical errors pointed out by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner requires correction.

Accordingly, the error that has crept in first sentence of para No.6 of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in the above Revision Petition, wherein, the regular monthly rent that is payable by the revision petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as ''Rs.18,0000'' is corrected as Rs.18,000/-. Similarly, para Nos.6 and 7, are directed to be denoted as ''Para Nos.8 and 9' respectively.'''.
