O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the respondent Corporation under Section 379(A) of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act on the ground that the petitioner is running the business without renewing the licence.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, lock and seal was removed and subsequently licence was also renewed in favour of the petitioner.

3. In view of the renewal of the licence in favour of the petitioner, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
