ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents to consider petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2026 and subsequent direction to set up Special Investigation team consisting of senior officers to investigate the illegal funding and corrupt practices in the upcoming Assembly Election in the State of Tamil Nadu.
2. On perusal of the records available in the writ petition, we find that there is no material available to substantiate the claim. Even in the complaint, no specific allegation has been levelled against any particular political party. In the absence of any material
and when the Election Commission is seized of the matter with regard to conduct of elections, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
3. The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
