(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the TNPHW Act in Crime No.not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petition has been filed without crime number. Now, the case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(ii) and Section 4 of the TNPHW Act in Crime No.47 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting crime number.
