ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and pass appropriate order.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that it is the case of matrimonial dispute between husband and wife and hence called the petitioner for enquiry. However, the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

4. Such view of the matter, the respondent police cannot call the petitioner repeatedly to come to the police station.

Since restitution for conjugal rights also filed before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court.
